LGVX6K drivers installed/Bitpim not seeing it...

All the drivers are installed successfully but Bitpim won't recognize Com4 when i go into settings to try and connect.
I am using non charging cable with the future dial software.
Only Com port recognized in bitpim is com1
When i check device manager, it says there are no hardware conflicts
I am using the version made for the vx6000 and am operating with WINME
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
