Problems Deleting Files On The Following Path (SMT 5600)

Storage>windows>appmgr

My phone is the SMT 5600

I am having a problem deleting sub folders of programs that I have removed (x-bar and several others) in the application manager folders. I get an error message stating not enough memory and having the correct rights to delete a file.

This is very odd. I went and did a Hard Reset, installed a few programs back, removed and I STILL can't delete the empty folders in the above path. I still get an error message asking if I have the rights, sufficient memory and ensuring the file is not read only. I tried looking in the root windows directory and cant find a file that the error message was referring to. Please help.

I had a simular problem trying to delete a video that I shot. I performed a hardboot on the phone (remove the batt while the phone is turned on). After I attempted to delete the file after that it worked fine.
