Jax has put together a detail / image tutorial of how to configure Bluetooth Activesync for SMT 65000.
It's too long and there are too many images to post here. So if you're still having issues after going to all the suggestions on here, it's worth looking at this post on PhoneMag.
I've ran through the process three times to make sure it works and it does work.
