today i used my girlfriends nail file to remove just a tad of the excess faceplate material from a 8390 dusk color cover, it fit pretty well but nothing like factory as the 6590 has differnt catches at the top of the phone that only grabs the edge of the 83's faceplate. After getting it all set up i was truly impressed with the purple backlight shineing threw the 83's cover!! One sweet phone, now i have a good keypad with awesome features!

what color is the dusk faceplate? i cant really tell from the pics online. and is the battery cover black?

i will get some tommarow, the dusk cover is a light blue with grey batt cover

and does anyone know if you can get the original 8390 cover cuz i think it looks it the best... it'd be awesome to have 6590 look like a 8390
