i 4 5 6 i

-----------------
press 3 or press the down arrow two times then ok. now you wills ee three choices
ff,5 secs.,10 secs. pick 5 or ten secondsand press ok.now when you press ok, the 10 seconds will count down then take the picture.
2. sub lcd means it will now show the image that it is taken on the caller id screen on the front of the phone. lcd is telling the phone to switch back from the sub lcd to the big screen(color).
3.tip: close your phone. hold down the little circular button until the sub-lcd sais wiat a moment and wait. then you will see yourself if ur looking at the camera. press and hold the circular button again to take picture.
4.tip: put the flash on always on and it will automatically use itself if needed.

thanks for replying! but when i do press 3 or go down 2, it's quality. and the only options i see is Hi, Medium, or Low. also we have flash on this camera? is it LED?
Posted by: n2oinblood
yes we have a flash, i do belive it is l.e.d.
it's changing the quality?? ok pay attention. press the circular button on the side of the phone. press ok.now most of the screen should be w/e the camera sees. there is a toolbar on the bottom of the screen. it sais menu ok Gallery
you want to choose menu. in the menu there should be six options. 1.sub lcd,2.flash,3.self timer,4.add frames,5.image controls, and 6. shutter sound.
for flash you want to select number two.in this menu, you shoul see the options: off,on this shot, or always on. you want to have it always on!! this means when the phone feels that it is two dark so that it needs flash, it will give the flash but not if there is efficient lighting.
now for the self timer, again, press the circular button on the side of the phone. press ok.now most of the screen should be w/e the camera sees. there is a toolbar on the bottom of the screen. it sais menu ok Gallery
you want to choose menu. in the menu there should be six options. 1.sub lcd,2.flash,3.self timer,4.add frames,5.image controls, and 6. shutter sound. you want option number three(self timer).then you should seethe options
ff,5 secs,or 10 secs.
if you still don't understand then reply and i will try to explain yet again.or you could just look in the lil book that came with the phone.

I think the help you were given was for the 8910 rather than the 8900....the regular 8900 doesn't have a flash and as far as I know doesn't have a self-timer either.....also, I think the LED is the side blue lights that flash when the picture is taken...
