Has anyone try to use this two combination together?

When I start my media player on my PC (XP SP1 and SP2) The media player says , could not find any device to copy the media files to.
I don't have a miniSD card installed.

I tried using Active Sync via USB cable, IrDa, Bluebooth, but it says it could not find any devices.
Also I can browese my mobile devices files just fine via My Computer.

Anyone have similar issue?

Also my battery die after about 1.5 days of heavy usage, bluetooth active, and playing around. Is that normal?

I haven't tried syncing with Media Player 10; can you just drag the media files onto the phone's My Sounds folder with the syncing program?

I'm experiencing really bad battery life; it goes from fully charged to dead in less than a day sometimes if I use Agile Messenger. This is disappointing because good battery life is one of the things that reviewers liked about this phone.

Overall I'm undecided if I should return it as I'm still in the AT&T try out period. The phone is rather ugly and AT&T's coverage is iffy. Then again I find the MPX uglier and it's apparently buggy. Hmmm..

This is an issue in the shipped ROM version of WM10 and only affects users without mini-SD cards. If you obtain a mini-SD the problem will go away. There really isn't enough room on the phone to store more than two to three songs anyway so it is much better to just invest in a mini-SD and move on.

This is supposed to be fixed but have no idea when a release will occur, if ever.

As for battery, it really depends on how much you use it...If you leave BT and are a very heavy user then I could see the battery going down in about 1.5 days to 2 days. Normally, I keep BT on all the time with moderate use and get about 2-3 days out of it.

With BT off, you should be able to pull 3-4 days w/ moderate use, 2-3 days of heavy use.

I should be getting my Transend 512mb miniSD tomorrow... (crossing my fingers) That should help there...

If you're in a weak coverage area, the phone will increase power to the radio to try to compensate for the weak signal, going thru the battery quicker.
