Problems uploading Bundle to SK2

Hey guys,
I'm trying to upload my first bundle and at first i tried "HipCheck" but i kept getting an invalid bundle error. So then i tried using one of the "example" bundles that comes with the SDK.

Whenever i use it i get a "htconsole.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. you will need to resart the program. An error log is being created". htconsole then quits and does nothing. Is there something im doing wrong?

I'm running Mac OS 10.3.5 and I'm using Virtual PC 6 to access my Hiptop 2 (M1).

Any help is much appreciated as i anxiously await learning how to develop my own apps, much less uploading some. Thanks
