when i try and open webjal a window pops up and says "the application was unable to retrieve required information from the server" does this happen because i live in florida? if it does or if it doesnt can somone please help me with this dilema? thanks

I just got the same prob. I had this happen 2months ago. I had to download a new webjal. Now i dont know what to say.
