OK so here's the deal.

I bought the Audiovox 8900 a few weeks ago. i heard that it can play mp3 ring tones. off of this site i learned that in order to do this i needed to buy the LG VX6000 data cable. so i went to raidoshack and bought the cable. i downloaded wavepad to edit the mp3s and brewsky. also i guess i need bitpim. does it matter what version?

brewsky will not connect to my phone. i will pick a port and connect it. all i get is port opened. however i realized that i am not using a com port, but a usb port. so im kind of stuck on what to do.. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
im so retarted when it comes to this stuff but i swear it is easier than i am making it.
