6610 volume problem plz help/bow

hi all,
I found out today that my 6610 volume in calls is very low( i max the volume ) already. Is there a way to fix this problem?

mayb is a firmware problem.........it never happened to me tho.......or mayb try to set the volume in the Tone settings instead of the side buttons.
