Probably because everyone, as always, is thinking "Just Do A Search Already;" it's the motto in parts like these, especially considering this HAS been covered before.
But to answer your question, no, the 4920 doesn't support MP3 at all; you can download QCP files, which are the same basic equivalent (real song tones), but that's the only voice-format that it supports for ringtones.
