GX32 battery life

my GX32 battery life is so short, i charge it at nite adn it runs out before the next nite, its like 24hrs thast it. is it normal?

the ccd camera and the screen eat up a lot of power.

Yes its very normal...thats why i bought another battery, which i carry around with me cuz I use it as mp3 player a lot .

It really depends on how you are using the phone ... do you talk on the phone a lot, taking pictures, play games, listen mp3 ... or do you flip-open the phone to look at the beautiful CGS screen all the time
For myself, I don't talk a lot, but my workplace reception is horrible and hence I would figure the phone will try very hard (i.e. using up battery) to stay connected. I listen to mp3 every 2nd day or so at work. I don't take pictures usually. With this pattern, my phone can stay 2, sometimes 2.5 days!
If you use the phone like me, then your battery might have some problem. In general for Li-ion batteries, you should not wait until it's almost empty to charge it. It's better to keep it topped-up, and it has no memory effect anyways.
