my 6600 tells me to contact retailer!!HELP

when i switch my 6600 on the nokia logo appears and then a few seconds a message appears saying "phone start-up failed. contact the retailer."
please is there anyway of backing up the phone memory"not the memory card" while it is in this situation...
can i use some cables or rj cables for nokia6600 to back up my phone memory before formatting it?
i have soooo many important information on the phone memory that i dont really want to lose....

well but the phone needs to be turned on in order for u to back-up the stuff thru IR/BT...u can always try a data cable~
