Phone modding for Sanyo 8200?

Does anyone know where to modify a Sanyo 8200? I live in Los Angeles so anywhere in that area is fine. I want to change the keypad lights to blue or white. I haven't been able to find a place that works on Sanyos. Thanks for any help!
