3650 WAP on TMobile suddenly not working

It just cut out on me. It seems to be phone-related as opposed to my connection as the error message ("Services: Unable to perform operation") appears virtually instantaneously after I attempt to connect, making me think that it's related to the phone as there's no delay that would be caused by a connection issue. Anyone know what might cause this? I have not recently (or ever) installed any applications. I changed my plan 3-4 weeks ago to a local plan. This problem began about a week ago.
