One of the biggest questions for the deaf and hard of hearing community, is how to disable outgoing phone calls.

I finally figured out an answer.
I posted this to the hiptop forums last week when i was sick and on powerful painkillers, so if it doesnt make sense to you, let me know.

You will need any GSM phone, either T-Mobile or Unlocked. Its easiest to do it with a Nokia though. I used my nokia 6010.
If you dont have one, print these instructions out, and take them to a t-mobile store and have them do it.

1. remove the sim card from the SK2
2. Place it in a GSM phone and power it on.
3. In the menu, find "call barring or call restrictions"
4. Turn on call barring. You will need a PIN2 code. The proper code is 5678 *Optional: Place any number you would call in an emergency on the list
5. Place sim card back in SK2.
6. Try to dial out. Call should fail unless you dial a number on the allowed list.
