Ok, I have tried just about every frekaing combo to access the programing menu on the k433c "868666" "3's" "1's" "0's" etc. none work. I can access the other menus however, with 3's or 0's.

Does anyone know of another code to access the programing menu on a rave 433c cricket?

Also...I have an error on one of my k413's says the power is off when its on...any clues?

got the code and get this, from a cricket tech via the phone...

Each phone has a unique code so that will only work on your phone.

If you do a search on the forums you can find a threads that show how to get the code using BitPim and a data cable.

Another way, is the way you did, which is basically try to talk the customer rep into giving it to you, but you need a reason to NEED the code. (i.e. to reprogram it because it cannot make calls anymore and you're not in a digital area at the moment)
