Send Animations on CDM 9900

Is it possible in anyway to send animations on your CDM 9900, because I have a feeling it is possible.

When your phone is off and you are charging your phone the display indicates “Now Charging” with animation. If their is animation at that time then shouldn't you be able to put animations on your phone.
