Palm Tungsten T3 video help

I just recently bought a 1gig SD card, and i have Kinoma on my Palm.
I used Kinoma Producer to change a .avi movie file into the Kinoma file and I tranfered it into my T3 today.
For some reason, it reads the file, has all the properties of the file and the length and everything seems correct, but when I try to play it, it freezes.
I converted the movie from a .avi, and converted it to the T3(wide) Kinoma file..if that's of any help.
Any ideas why it keeps freezing?

i'm not sure, but you should checkout mmplayer sometime
i use it and it plays in native format which i find very convenient

Where do I get mmplayer from? It works on Palm OS right?
