I was just wondering if there was a guide on how to swap the housing because i dont want to screw up my phone and it would be a waste not to use the one i bought, if anyone could help i would appreciate it greatly!

The only crappy part is liftin up those little screw hole covers ( I used a staple). Then with a t6 screwdriver, iun-screww the four screws bordering the screen. After that you should be able to figure it out. Unless , you're a total idiot.

not the faceplate, im talking about the FULL housing, insides and all, i can change the face plate, im not that retarded lol

da rippa's thread is a very good guide to the v600, the v400 is pretty close to the same.
