Vaja Ultra Clip problem. Anyone else?

My Treo 600 falls every single time it goes into a 90 degree angle, without pressing the button that's supposed to hold it. It's a accident waiting to happen since when I sit down for a while it ends up rotating till it reaches the angle and falls.

Their website suggests:
"The device must be turned 90º while the top button is pressed to install and remove it," http://www.palmone.com/us/products/.../ultraclip.html but that button is useless in my case. I thought I was doing something wrong, but after having it fall 6 times and checking several times I don't see it.

is it just me, or....?

any help would be really appreciated...

I don't meant any offense by this, but do you have some extra weight around the mid-section? If so, perhaps that's pushing on the clip release and its letting the Treo come out. I've had that problem before.

Hi Joe,
I'm actually in very good shape. Not perfect, perfect but I'm over 6 feet and wear pants size 33 (w).

The problem is that that little bump or pin in the clip doesn't click correctly with the metal part of the case.
