Yes, I can usually send 2 or 3 at a time.

I think he misunderstood your question. You can send multiple pictures TO the phone (by email) in a single message, but I haven't seen a way to send multiple pictures FROM the phone.

Yes you can send multiple pictures from the phone. BUT you get charged for each one as a picture message. I talked to Verizon about this. I have not tried it but knowing the way they are, they will try to squeeze every penny out of you. They work hard doing that but not on getting better customer service.
