Tore off latch for ZIF sockets t616 HELP!!

I tore off the ZIP sockets by accident. (Thought I knew what I was doing) Anyway, I believe they were tore off in the "open" position. I can get the sreen connector back in there, but the LCD won't come back on. It came on for a second (it was all blue) then turned off. ANy suggestions??!?!?! Thanks so much!

OK...I finally figured it out. I took one of the parts that broke off (the part that presses the terminals to the connector) and pushed it in with the end of a small flathead screw driver after I place the connector into the ZIF socket. What a relief. If you plan on modding your phone, make sure you are extra careful with the ZIF sockets!
