found out how to add words to T9 dictionary gx32

ok, first, in the sms, go to english mode, then hold down the '#' key to get into regular multi-tap mode. enter the word in, and then hold the '#' button again to switch to t9 mode, press '0' to leave a blank space and the word will be saved into the t9 dictionary.
if this has already been posted, sorry if it is a repeat!
anyone figure out how to disable the operator banner???
