Whats the best way to protect yourself from getting unwanted email?

So yeah...im getting my bb soon...and well, the account that i want to link...ie the account, my main account...is starting to randomly get spam and attachments with virsuses in them...so my question is...what is the best way for me to protect myself from these "attacks"

1. Forward to spamcop.net

2. Use some other SPAM solution on your outlook as well as the redirector (you may have to modify the redirector to delay sending so that the spam can be detected and filed)

3. Use an outsourced BES like Mailstreet where the spam solution is built in.

Option #1 and #2 require you to be able to forward your email.

Use mailblocks.com to consolidate all your email accounts...
