Need help installing irda

I have a nokia 7600 i want to sent files thru infared on my laptop when i go to nokia pc suite i changed the configurations to infared then an alert comes and says that the computer hasnt detected irda port or something like i think i need to install my infared its build in my laptop ANY DRIVERS OR SUGGESTION is much apreciated
