Tracfone does not enable or program the PC interface which allows use of PC Suite.

Is there any chance of hack the phone to get this enabled?

I bought a data cable off of ebay for $10 and it came with the drivers (of course) and a demo of Oxygen Phone Manager II. This software is fully functional as far as ringtones are concerned. You can alo save/edit your numbers and mess around with the SMS. The only stuff I couldnt accomplish was changing my background/banner, or start-up logo. OPM II is great for ringtones.

The download is the first one shown on the list. A note, when the data cable is installed, you need to check the Hardware Device Manager for your system, and find out what COMM port the cable assigned itself. Just look at Ports (COMM and LPT) and it should list the USB serial controller, or somthing like that. In () it will tell you what port is has choosen. Then go to OPM II and go to options, disable all connections....I believe you cannot delete one, but de-select it, then add a connection for the COMM port the cable is on.......BADA BING ! You're in.
