Broken 7280. Help.

I just dropped my 7280 in a mop bucket and was lucky enough to be provided with a replacement. But now I have broken my replacement. I plugged the new one into my computer and it started syncing... then all of a sudden this icon came up on the screen. It looks like a Window's window with a cirlcle square and triangle in it and it is inside a circle with a line through it- or inother words, the icon you get when you go to a website and the pictures don't load right away with the "No______ing" circle around it.

Does that make any sense?

If you understand what I mean, do you know how to fix it? Even when I reset it/take the battery out it just starts to load and then goes to that icon.

I can't live much longer without my berry.....

It sounds like something on the BB has gotten corrupted. The only way to fix this is to reload the handheld software. To do this, you'll need to download the handheld software from http://www.blackberry.net/support/d...aws/index.shtml . It's the one listed under "For BlackBerry 7280 Wireless Handheld". Download it, install it, then plug you BB into the computer (BB must be powered on, even with the error on the screen). Run Desktop Manager. Open Application Loader. Choose all applications available, and just let it run. It may or may not be able to backup/restore your data, but if you have synced it with your PC you should be able to sync it back once it is working again.
