7290 w/ exchange Lookup feature

Hi, the two users I've given 7290s to are saying they cant use the lookup feature to find email addresses off our exchange server like they could with their 7230s.
Can anyone confirm if this functionality is gone?

Functionality works for me in the 7290 just as it always has on a 7210
