V3 Razr missing insert picture option

This originally started off in a different thread but I realised this location was a better place to ask.

When composing an SMS message you can press choose insert with the right hand soft key. On at least One other person's V3 there is an "Insert Picture" option. That is not present on mine., I only have quick Note, Animation, Sound and Contact Info.

Can "Picture" be enabled by some seem editing? If so where? I've had a bit of a read around and couldn't see anything obvious.

For clarity I am talking about the option to insert pictures in an SMS message to make an EMS message. I can insert pictures in a MMS fine.

Which seem to toggle to enable Insert > Annimation ?

I'm having the same problem with my V635
