7100t speakerphone buzzing after software upgrade?

Hi, I have upgraded all of our 7100ts to .128 before I sent them out to the field. I have one user curently whose handheld is doing the buzzing from the speakerphone, even when he is not using it. Mine will buzz some on the speakerphone while I am using it, but not when idle. His will buzz when he's talking on the phone in normal usage, and sometimes when he is not using it at all.

Has anyone else seen this? I thought that the .128 upgrade fixed this for most everyone.

Hey, I'm a newb I can respond to my own, right?

Power cycled the handheld by pulling the battery, haven't seen the issue since.
