latest flash/flex - should I update ?

I have a v525 and had flashed with TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.45R and flex GI9V600000AA0E9 and was wondering if there was a newer flash or flex ?
If so, should I bother updating ?

your @ the newest. If anybody tries to recommend the 55 to you, don't do it bud. It is older and will cause more problems then u would need.
