Anyone know a Canadian site to get a Treo case by Krusell?

I used to order from Orangewave...They are located in Vancouver. Most Krusell cases they sell are like $32-37 CAD after tax and shipping!
I have looked at Treocentral and they want $29.95+8.95 shipping = $38.90 USD = $50.57 CAD...on top of that they use UPS! In which brokerage fee could be like twenty some odd dollars!! yikes!
