Receiving mms but unable to download on mpx

I have been trying to receive mms, and I get the notification tone and the sender and subject line. When I try to download it to see the message, it just beeps and then the download button greys out.
I have been having troubles with this for days. If it is not this, it is bouncing mms that I delete and keep coming back.

I am having the same exact problem....does your GPRS work....mine doesnt and that why i think its not workin

Yes. It works great. But, I get an mms and I see the name of the sender and the download button lights up. I push the soft key to download it and it just beeps and doesn't do anything. I can send and receive text messages and browse the internet, but I cannot send or receive MMS.
