Well I have finally had it with my Treo600 and am about to get the 7100t. Can anyone who has one tell me if you can store passwords for corp. voicemail systems like the Treo. I know the BB 7230 could not, but can the 7100t? I want to be able to dial my corp. vm and have the BB automatically enter the passwords when needed. Please help!

I was able to dial my VM password from my 7230, and from my 7100t.

When you enter the number, add the pauses and poung signs right in the number; that way, I can dial the VM number; pause; have the extension, #, VM password, # all entered automatically.

Is that what you want to do?

Great, when I asked the Tmobile support they said it could not be done. How's the reception in general? Also, can you view the contacts and calendar when the sim card is not in? I use a Verizon phone when I am out of a major city and need to access these features like a regular pda.

You can but why take the SIM out. Just turn the radio off.

Reception is fine. It's a good phone. Great speakerphone.

As BarJohn said, there is no need to take out the SIM card. If you don't want to use the wireless piece, then just turn the Wireless radio off. You can use the Calendar, Address Book, Notes and Tasks with the radio turned off. You can even create messages, but obviously they won't be sent until you turn the radio back on and are in coverage.
