MOTO Solved my MPx220 Inquiry!

Well, before everyone gets too excited, that's the status MOTO had given to my case opened on 10/10/04. In reality, it is NOT so!

I originally opened the case with them via web on 10/10 regarding the volume issue, there has been exchanges back & forth up till 11/03/04 where I was informed that the issues have been escalated and I would hear back.

On 11/7/04 I received an email survey asking if I were satisfied with the web service, I didn't pay much attention to it b/c in my mind, it's still pending.

Yesterday 11/8 I decided to check the status on Moto's site, and my case was marked with a status of SOLVED. Apparently someone from Moto had done that on 11/5/04, and that's why I received an email asking about satisfaction level, etc.

Not for me, may be in their (MOTO) mind it is solved?
