Is it just me or is evryone that has the smt5600 getting static pulses from nearby speakers? I don't want to get into the health issue part of this...

Just wondering if everyone's getting it and if anyone with MPX220 get it also..

that's pretty common with all gsm phones, same as it's common with nextel's

When I'm talking on my land-line phone, I get some interference from my MPx200. I get poor cell signal here (sometimes no signal), when the MPx200 has no signal and is trying to obtain one (or if I just turned it on/rebooted it), there is quite a bit of interference.

Most GSM cell phones cause this noise. Also does this on my CB radio in my car

I was playing with my band the other night and had my SMT5600 phone sitting on top of my all tube guitar amp and it started making that same noise it makes sitting next to my computer speakers. That was a pretty cool effect.....

yea every time i send or receive an SMS, my stereo starts making noises like im getting signals from martians or something. LOL at first i thought the CIA was monitoring me or something....but yea a very common thing with gsm phones

I haven't heard that noise since my last nextel phone (which I got rid of along time ago). I never heard a thing (If I remember right) with my T68i.

My T68i was my "Ride or Die Phone", it's hit the ground, in the water, banged and almost blown up.

O well "tick, tick, buzz, buzz" to everyone then..
