5300 or 8100?

first of all what is better? any better reception quality?do you know what camera quality is better, i dont know what phone to get im switchin from verizon to sprint and i want a cheap discontinued phone. i heard the 5300 has an alarm and the 8100 doesnt is this true?
although the 8100 is smaller and more compact im just basically looking for the overall better phone of the two? can anyone please help me decide? which phone do you think is better?

5300= Flash, Bigger Screen, Bigger Phone
8100= No Flash, Smaller Screen, smaller Phone.
Id still get 8100.
