Does anyone else have this MMS programming problem with the 7610 - the software doesn't seem to recognize the APN settings already programmed in the phone which APN's are clearly defined in the APN's settings in SETTINGS. Whenever I try to access the MMS function, I get the message that the APN must be defined but when I go to the APN window there is no data shown for the APN's already programmed in the phone, so it is not possible to scroll and make a selection. When I attempt to define the APN by creating a new APN with the same default settings, it appear it cannot be saved as when I try to open MMS, I am again faced with the message that the APN must be definede, but again the latest created APN as well as the default APN does not appear for selection of APN purposes. Any help or insight into this issue woud be greatly appreciated!!!!

AT THIS STAGE THIS IS NOT A ROGERS SETTINGS ISSUE AS I CAN'T GET TO THE STAGE TO PROGRAM THE SETTINGS.

maybe u need to master reset your phone...
