Blaming best buy is not the way to go.There are different storys telling us that best buy would have defective units,so called old stock etcetc.It is not the first time that a retailer is getting an exclusive.Think.It's still a motorola phone,it's still cingular branded.They simply can't afford to say:"Oh well let's dump our defective units and close a deal with Best Buy".I can and will not believe this.No business can afford this and it will affect a brand.
Mark my words,if not upgraded,the units from cingular and at&t will be the same units with the same little problems.It's like buying a brand new car.No manufacturer will bring a car to the market that in their knowledge has flaws.Most flaws will be discovered after some time has passed and i will say this one more time.They simply can not ignore solving these problems or they will lose customers.
