Slider slid off

I just inherited the Kyrocera Slider SE47 from a friend who moved out of state and can no longer use it. She had dropped the phone some time ago and now the phone cannot be used without a headset since without this headset, the caller cannot hear me (yet I can hear them). Has anyone had this problem and does anyone know how I can fix this? I don't always wish to use a headset, it's annoying sometimes. Thanks.

it sounds like the microphone is messed up and that may be because she dropped her phone
not many people may have had the problem if they didnt drop their phone

get a broken se47 unit and take the mouth piece from it and replace the mouth piece of your phone, this might work try it!
