Hi,

Does anyone know why my Inno 50 phone is unable to find a tmobile network? I brought the phone in hong kong. It worked fine when I was there. But can't connect when I'm in the states. Any help will be appreicated.

Thanks,

the phone doesn't support any US frequencies so it will never work here.

hi,
but tmobile in america is strictly 1900 mhz, which this phone has capability of. so it WILL work in america for tmobile. i have att service, and i get reception, but its not as strong as a 850/1900 mhz phone. i plan on taking my inno 55 to chinatown so maybe they can fix it somehow. but i cannot ever roam to tmobiles service with my phone either. mine is from hong kong too

read the post, he has an inno 50, NOT an inno 55, they are two totally different phones, the 50 is a megapixel swivel screen phone that supports the 900/1800 bands.

Your phone won't roam because ATT won't allow it, not because something is wrong with it so taking it to get fixed will do nothing.

thanks for the input. after farther research, it was discovered that the inno 50 is a dual band phone. the sale person conveniently forgot to state this, even though i specifically told her i will be using the phone i the states. "^%&$#!"

anyone interested in inno 50 phone?

the inno 30's were triband from the beginning - even those that were released to europe first would work here in the us...
