Can someone help me change the settings on my phone so it works with T-Mobile?
Right now it wants to use MMODE for everything which does not help me.

check T-Mobile Setting Configurator at Tmo forum
there's a link to bring you to T-Mobile setting page, choose T616 (yes, it has)
once it finished, a setting will be sent to your phone, and follow the instruction on the page
