SE47 Battery Replacement Problem

I just recieved my replacement battery today from kyocera, And IM SOOOO MAD, the battery is a brighter color of silver than the orginal battery and the phone covering, so having it on makes it look funny. anybody else recieve theirs and have this problem?

could it possibly be due to ummm dye lots? or maybey the possiblilty that the wrong color was sent? remember the phone was made in 3 calls.... siver grey and blue...

ooh mine must be the grey, stupid woman on the phone she just asked me if i had a blue or silver one...guess i'll have to call them back and tell them

I did the online request thing and they didn't ask me the color of the phone at all, I assumed they'd look up the right one based on ESN so who knows what color battery I'll get. The blue Slider's the standard, used by most carriers (Western Wireless, etc.) the charcoal Slider's for Virgin and the silver for Verizon.

It asked me what color mine was, thing is though I have a Virgin Mobile Slider, but it has Verizon software and is on Verizon (did it myself) and when it asked what carrier I had i chose Verizon, which is why i got the wrong color, but I called them and they are sending me the right colored one so its all good

thats mainly because verizon only got certian colors.... mainly blue, alltell silever etc etc etc... thier program automatically picks the color based on the carrier... its nothing to do with the person on the phone its the carrier telling kyocera that they only sold certian colors and well that the color batteriy that in the system, for that phone...

If you had a verizon blue slider and took it to alltel and had alltel reprogramm it so u have a blue alltell slider they system would send u a silver battery.

no biggie call em and they will fix it for ya
