Unlocked phone with problems

Hello everyone, I just received an unlocked SE T616 phone which I purchase on Ebay and when I powered the phone it says phone locked (has an icon of a lock) enter unlock code.
I tried entering "0000" and it was incorrect.
I've check the network lock, and everything is unlocked. What seems to be the problem? Thanks in advance.
