Ok - here it is - a completely unbiased comparison of the Treo vs. Blackberry. My company sells both, so I'm trying to educate all the other sales people. Once you unzip the file, what format is it supposed to be in? I'm on a Mac and I get caught in a loop that keeps requiring the file to be unzipped. If I could append the correct extension, I may be able to get out of it. Thanks.

Open with stuffit expander...you might have to download version 8.02....i got it to unzip no problem. It's an excel spreadsheet.

Got it. I just had to add the *.zip extension and then it worked like a charm.

One other correction you can sync your contacts, tasks, memo, etc betwen the treo and Outlook. You just need to use a conduit program like Pocket Mirror
