Excuse me if this is a noob question, but... how do you create themes for Siemens phones? I have a C65 and I'd like to be able to create my own.

I think you can download a theme-creator from the Siemens website...

It wasn't there either.

I did eventually locate it through Siemens' developer website.

You have to go there first and register for a free account. Then go to "Resources" > "Tools" and you want to grab the "Siemens Mobile Customization Tools".
