A56 Help!

My screen got broken on my a56 and I had my numbers all saved on the phone instead of the sim card. Is there any way to transfer these to the sim? If so, can someone walk me through it since my screen is broke, I need to know what each and every button is to press. I leave the phone on, so from the point I unlock the buttons onward is what I would need to know. Thanks very very much.

Just get a cable and download to your computer. No button presses needed -- the phone will automagically communicate with the computer and from that point on, all the commands are from the computer.
