My newly exchanged 8900 (see my other post for the story) won't turn on all the way.

How do I do a reset?

Yeah unfortunatly since I couldn't turn the phone "on" I wouldn't have been able to get to those menu settings.

If your exchange phone is as messed up as you describe, then definitely take it back for another one. There's no way you should have to deal with a phone such as that one.

Hope you get all your issues resolved ....

I took it back yesterday and had it exchanged for another phone. Then I took that one back because I'd call people and they couldn't hear me. I've had 4-8900s in less than a year 3 of which were in the past 3 days.
