If Best Buy steps up to the plate, how do I wipe all my data and calendar items before exchanging the phone? Thanks.

with the phone off, hold blue enter button down and start up again. it should ask you if you want to reset it.

First, power your phone off. Next, while holding the blue select button, press the power button. Answer yes and wait for it to finish. The phone will perform a master reset. You should see a message that says, "formatting".
